The Farmhouse is a very old granite
house tastefully converted into two fully
self-contained units. Internally much of 
the original granite has been preserved.
Each unit will sleep up to 5 in a double
and twin room and using an occasional bed
or cot. The lounges are well furnished and
the kitchens very well equipped. A drying-  
room serves both units. There is a lawned 
garden with patios and garden furniture.

The Bylet Suites are suitable for 2/3 and
are self-contained units on he first floor of
the Bylet Guesthouse. The facilities of the
Guesthouse are available when open.

Accommodation in each unit consists of
a comfortably furnished lounge area, fully
fitted kitchen including a microwave oven,
Twin/Double bedroom and shower/W.C.
An occasional bed or cot can be made
available. Laundry and drying facilities are
available by arrangement

  • The following information applies to ALL units

  • An annual inspection of the units is carried out by
    TOURIST BOARD to ensure the maintenance of
    standards. Each unit is carpeted, equipped and
    furnished to meet the Boards requirements.

  • All kitchens are fully equipped with a conventional
    cooker, microwave and fridge with icebox. Heating
    throughout is by convector heaters and hot water
    heated by immersion or over-sink heaters. Electricity
    meters are read at the start and finish of your stay and
    charged according to prevailing rates.

  • Bookings are usually:- LOWER FARM THURSDAY,
    UPPER FARM FRIDAY     and BYLET SATURDAY.
    Part week and other arrival days are available EARLY
    and LATE season. You can extend your stay on the
    Islands using the BYLET GUESTHOUSE for BED
    and BREAKFAST

  • Pets are not accommodated.
